QUALITY OF STAFF
Prior to joining the Nurses as Needed team, each applicant is thoroughly tested, reference checks are conducted, all State certificate requirements validated, and a thorough orientation is completed. All employees are covered under both professional and general liability insurance and they are bonded. Each employee must have a minimum of one-year experience.

All licensed and unlicensed employees are directly employed by Nurses as Needed. We pay all mandatory employee taxes and fringe benefits. Employees clearly understand that their employer is Nurses as Needed. All employees working on assignment are under the supervision of Director of Nursing Services.

COMMITMENT TO COVERAGE
Our office staff is available 24 hours a day to assist you. On evenings and weekends, we do not use an answering machine, nor do we use answering services. A trained member of our staff always answers our phones. A Registered Nurse is also available 24 hours a day to assist our clients.
